    Overview

    Daniel is a West Michigan native who earned bachelor’s, master’s, and law degrees at the University of Arizona.  He has been an estate planning attorney for over 20 years, and he has helped hundreds of families protect their loved ones and establish legacies with organizations which are important to them. Daniel takes pride in providing outstanding client service and builds trusted, lasting relationships with his clients.

    Prior to joining Frazer Ryan, Daniel had his own law practice for many years and has additional experience in public accounting and banking.  He also has 10 years of experience as a retail business owner.  In addition to estate planning, Daniel is skilled in dispute resolution, real estate law, general business law, and tax-exempt organization / religious organization law.

    Daniel’s volunteer activities have included serving in many nonprofit and church leadership roles at local and national levels.  He is also a leader in the Arizona arts community, among other things having founded and served as Executive Director of a nonprofit which holds an annual statewide art competition, awards grants, and transforms the careers of outstanding Arizona artists by securing featured spots for them to successfully compete in major international art competitions.
