    Shannon Knorr’s civil litigation practice focuses on trust and estate controversies, representing various stakeholders including personal representatives, trustees, heirs, devisees, and beneficiaries.

    Estate and trust litigation often involves high stakes and high emotions. Shannon takes a client-centered approach to help navigate those challenging times, and she strives to use her experience, dedication, and innovative litigation strategies to optimize results for her clients and enhance their futures.

    Shannon also prepares estate plans and provides advice and counsel regarding the administration of trusts and probate estates. Shannon finds satisfaction in creating and administering estate plans with compassion and a sensitivity for family dynamics. In addition, Shannon’s awareness of potential litigation issues gives her valuable insight in creatively assisting her clients in the planning process.

    For several years prior to joining Frazer Ryan, Shannon was a successful civil litigator in California. The Phoenix native earned her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology at Santa Clara University and her law degree at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
