September 1, 2022, marks the 33rd anniversary of Frazer Ryan’s founding.

In the summer of 1989, over breakfast at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Phoenix tax attorney Dave Frazer and estate planning attorney Jim Ryan discussed a vision for a new law firm that, in multiple ways, would contrast with how most Arizona firms had historically operated and served their clients.

Today, in an email to the firm’s attorneys and staff, founding partner Jim Ryan shared this anniversary message:

“Hard work and outstanding employees have made Frazer Ryan a top-notch tax, estate planning, and estate controversy boutique law firm in Arizona. Cheers to everyone who has contributed to making Frazer Ryan a celebrated place to work.”
