David Cohen’s ability to analyze complex tax issues and formulate effective

A senior partner in the firm, David has the distinctive experience and skill to serve both the transaction and tax needs of his clients, having earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, and for over 30 years has practiced extensively in virtually all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, as well as for-profit and not-for-profit entity structuring, formation and maintenance; contract negotiations and drafting; and corporate governance.
He provides extensive planning guidance in various areas of tax law, including partnerships, LLCs, corporations, and tax-exempt organizations and works closely with his clients to advise them on what can often be complex and sophisticated issues. David often collaborates with his clients’ other trusted advisors to achieve the clients’ goals and provide practical solutions to challenging opportunities.
