A Dallas native who grew up in Fountain Hills, Arizona, Afsanieh earned her bachelor’s, master’s and law degrees at Arizona State University. While a student at the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, she served on the executive council of the Pro Bono Board and helped create the Law Society of Human Rights to support law students in human rights missions abroad.
Before she began her practice as an estate planner in 2017, she focused on global immigration issues, assisting Iranian families with family and employment-based visas.
In her free time, Afsanieh enjoys spending time with her family and friends, football, traveling the world, and experiencing new cultures and food.
